In all of the contract delivery methods described above, J&J reserves the option of using our own forces to perform various trades.

These trades include:

•   Site Work
•   Concrete work
•   Drywall

In all cases J&J will only self-perform trades if it is in the best interest of the client and benefits the project.  This allows J&J to potentially accelerate the schedule, save money for the client, and enhance the quality of the project.
