Historically, Construction Management (CM) has been one of the most missunderstood contract terms in the commercial construction industry.  J&J is very clear in its definition. “As Construction Managers,  J&J starts by essentially managing the entire pre-construction and construction process for its client”.  J&J works closely with the team of Architects and Engineers to ensure that the most appropriate and cost effective construction processes are being implemented during the planning and design phases.

J&J will also provide on-going construction cost estimates and schedules to the client and design team so that the established budget and schedule are met. Quite often J&J will also provide its client with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) if appropriate or required.
