Project Description:

J&J Contractors, Inc. was selected through the State of Massachusetts DCAM competitive bid program as the general contractor for the Colonial Park Elementary school in Stoneham, MA.

The Colonial Park Elementary School project consisted of the renovation of the existing school and the addition of a 40,000 SF facility.

The addition on the Pre-K to Grade - 5 school included a new gymnasium, cafeteria and library.

In addition, J&J’s scope of work required additional site-work and the installation of new soccer and baseball fields.
