J&J Contractors, Inc. was selected through the State of Massachusetts DCAM competitive bid program as the general contractor for the new Plymouth North High School in Plymouth, MA.
The Plymouth North High School project consists of a new 267,500 SF high school building and a new 18,000 SF senior center building. Work includes related site work, underground utilities, parking and on-site service and fire access roadways, football field with bleachers and track, and multi-purpose playing fields.
The project scope of work also includes the abatement and demolition of the existing Plymouth North High School. The construction zone is on an owner occupied site and restrictions associated with owner occupied construction strategies are required.
