J&J Contractors, Inc. was selected through the State of Massachusetts DCAM competitive bid program as the general contractor for the addition and renovations to the Holten-Richmond Middle School in Danvers, MA.
The Holten-Richmond Middle School required renovations to the existing facility and a new addition that produced a 105,000 SF uniform building. The renovated and additional areas contained new classroom and bathroom spaces.
During the site-work an abandoned oil tank was discovered under the new footprint of the addition. J&J took the appropriate actions to eradicate the tank and the contaminated soil from the site.
