IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. (IAP), the base wide contractor for Hanscom Air Force Base procurements, has contracted J&J Contractors, Inc. (J&J) to complete the HVAC System Repairs on Building B1305 at Hanscom AFB.
This multi-phased occupied renovation upgraded the mechanical systems and associated controls in a 94,000 SF, 3 story building and provided chilled water to the building from the central plant.
